Warranty  

At Pure Dutch, we believe it's important that our products are delivered to you in excellent condition. However, it's possible that a product might be damaged during transport or experience another issue that could entitle you to a warranty claim.  

By law, you're required to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect is covered by the warranty, we'll repair or replace the product free of charge.  

Did you receive a defective product? Please contact our customer service at puredutchinfo@gmail.com. Please include the following in your message:  

  • Your name  

  • Order number  

  • A clear description of the problem  

  • Photos of the defect (if applicable)  

Our team is ready to help you and provide a suitable solution!  

Complaints  

We strive to provide you with a flawless shopping experience, but sometimes things don't go quite as planned. Do you have a complaint? Let us know at puredutchinfo@gmail.com. We'll do our utmost to resolve your complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible.  

If your complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, you can submit your dispute via the European Commission's ODR platform . This platform can be found at: http://ec.europa.eu/odr .  

If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you can submit it via the ODR platform.
